I have tried reinstalling kies, different usb ports (usb 2. 0 & 3. 0) after turning off usb 3. 0 charging too, reseating the battery etc but each time, kies tells me the connected device is not supported by kies 3. Check which devices are supported and try again. except kies 3 is what the note 3 uses. Before, i used kies for connecting both devices to my notebook, but after the last upgrading of kies, it won't recognise my devices any more: This device is not supported by kies 2. 0.
