Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to pull up the control center. Tap the do not disturb icon. Tap the settings icon and then tap “do not disturb. ”. Tap this button to open settings > do not disturb.

At any time before then, you can tap the lock screen notification to allow calls and notifications again. Do not disturb during bedtime. In settings > do not disturb. Do not disturb activates without request. The last 2 months or so, my do not disturb has activated outside of my requested times. I have a standard nighttime setting and a few day times during meetings. Those had been in place, without issue, since august.
